About the Role

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of app development projects as well as projects for manufacturing facilities. This includes developing project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery. Demonstrate the ability to write and understand user stories to effectively manage the project lifecycle.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating project status, updates, and any issues that may arise.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the project.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

·       1-3 years of experience in a project engineering or project management role, preferably in the app development or manufacturing industries

·       Experience using Azure DevOps is an asset

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to write and understand user stories.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

·       Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

·       Familiarity with app development processes, including software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management for manufacturing facilities.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·       Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
